Here opens the largest photovoltaic plants – NRK

Asko Lillesand grasps the green shift. Tomorrow they open the largest solar plant on roof in Lillesand.

– We have a vision for Asko Norway to go carbon neutral by 2020, and then it is up to each company in the group to make it says Peder Syrdalen, CEO of Asko South Coast.

Getting praised

Also previously now been praised for being environmentally conscious.

– On this roof we have 2,770 solar panels. The plant will provide between 600 and 650,000 kilowatts of power a year, says managing director of Sun-Net, Morten Meier.

The plant officially opened on Wednesday.
