Galaxy Gear clock is packed with features, but does not work with all phones.
After several months of ryktemakeri, Samsung launched the evening’s first smart watch a lot of pressure events associated with electronics fair IFA in Berlin. Time was, as expected, the name Galaxy Gear.
Many had high hopes for Samsung’s smart watch, and analysis firm Juniper said recently that they expect the market for this type of product will grow dramatically over the next few years – and that in 2018 will be sold around 36 million smart watches. There have also been rumors that Apple will have a smart clock on time.

In addition to the Galaxy Gear, also launched Samsung mobile phone Galaxy Note 3, as well as tablet Galaxy Note 10.1.

Galaxy Gear is meant as an addition to Samsung’s Galaxy phones and tablets. However, quite surprisingly, that works at the beginning of only the few products with Android 4.3, Galaxy Note III released today, and the new version of the Note 10.1, also released today.

Galaxy Gear has a 1.63-inch screen – not 2.5 as there have been rumors. The screen has a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels, and is AMOLED type.
The new smart watch is no phone that you can call with regardless of the phone, but meant as an addition to the phone. Phone and clock connected via Bluetooth.
By smart watch should be able to answer phone calls without having to take the phone out of his pocket, control music playback, and of course check what time it is. You will also get different notifications on the clock.

The mandatory pedometer app follows the course, as well as an app that allows you to track and locate your phone from the clock – or retrieve time from your mobile phone. According to Samsung, there should be 70 different apps that can be installed via Galaxy Gear manager on the phone.
A feature called Smart Relay allows you to automatically send what you see on the mobile screen to display the clock.

Samsung also unveiled its latest addition in the Galaxy series, Samsung Galaxy 3 This is a cross between mobile and tablets – mobile or board, if you will.
Note 3 is thinner and lighter than the Note II, and it should also be faster and have gotten better battery life. The phone has got an upgraded design, including a special pattern or texture on the back, which should look similar to leather.
Giant Screen
While its predecessor Galaxy II had a screen of 5.5 inches, the screen size in Note 3 increased to 5.7 inches.
The new S Pen stylus is also improved, according to Samsung. It can be used with notatappen S Note, which, according to Samsung is supposed to be used by 71 percent of Note-users. A feature called Air Command will make the pen even more useful, you can include call up a menu with various tools to organize and manage notes.
Multitask should have been even better. With the Pen Window you can open small windows that you can resize, so that, for example, can have YouTube, calculator or other apps up while you work on other things.

The third and last product launched tonight is an upgraded version of the Galaxy Note 10.1. The Samsung now calls the 2014 version of the tablet has received four times the resolution of its predecessor – up from 1280 x 800 pixels to 2560 x 1600 pixels.
With the Multi-Window, you can run multiple instances of the same application in different windows, and the pen has got some new features – which you can drag and drop content from one window to another. Another feature, Pen Window, allows you to draw a window to the desired size of the screen, so you can access applications such as calculator or YouTube directly in this window.
The tablet comes in different versions. 3G/Wifi-versjonen will have a 1.9GHz eight-core processor from Samsung, while the 4G version will get a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor.

Coming in September
All products will be available from 25 September worldwide. Galaxy Gear will cost around 2 600 in Norway, while the Galaxy 3 will cost 6000 dollars. Note 10.1 will cost 5090 dollars.
