“That one nothing will!” Is the theme for Romsdal conference, which has become an important meeting place for business leaders, politicians and participants from other public and social life.
Restructuring
– Every third Norwegian job can be replaced by new technology in 20 years. The willingness and ability to adapt to business and community life is under great pressure, and is for many at least as important as the changes one encounters in the market. Restructuring, technology and innovation are key issues for this year’s theme, says managing director Britt Flo Molde Næringsforum, which promises a day of good posts from people who have something to come by and that is good to convey.

The new business and society is the theme of the introduction to Labour’s deputy Hadia Tajik, CEO Daniel Skjeldam, which has now led a successful turnaround for Hurtigruten and previously was central in building Norwegian, will tell about how they turned captaincy.
Furthermore, the introductions by Professor Torgeir Reve at BI, doctor and professor emeritus Ingvar Wilhelmsen by hypochondriac clinic, partner and creative director Ole Petter Nyhaug in Opinion and Chairman Kjersti Kleven Kleven Verft AS.

Greater participation
Romsdal conference had approximately 280 participants in recent years. With the program presents the year, rains Britt Flo that attendance will remain the same.
– We can present topical and key speakers from industry and the public sector, either professionally or personally experiences and knowledge about the topic they want to convey to us, says Britt Flo.
– There are three women among the speakers. What would you say about the gender balance?
– It is such that every year turns out that it is much harder to get women speakers than male. We get a much greater extent no from women than men when we ask, say Britt Flo.
