Powerful and visual

Ingenlath says that it is an automotive duty to integrate design elements from the brand’s history.
And in a two-seat coupe that Concept Coupé, it was natural to be inspired by 60s icon Volvo P1800.
A blue-gray interior with what Volvo calls an “exquisite detail”, as the leather-clad dashboard, touches of naturally aged wood and machined metal accents, creating a modern driving environment with hints of P1800.
New User Interface
In the process, Volvo presented its new operating concept: a landscape touch screen in the center console that works with an adaptive head-up display in front of the driver.
– Interaction should be enjoyed without distraction while driving, says Ingenlath the typical Volvo-safe manner.
– We hook up our cars to make them more entertaining, but also safer, he said.
