Companies linked to the oil industry is unsure how it will go in 2015.

– It’s a tough climate. With the current low oil prices, we expect that our customers will be careful to start up new activities, says Tor Minsaas. He is director of technology and support for Bilfinger Industries.
Bilfinger delivers services in isolation, scaffolding and surface and passive fire protection to including the oil industry. Last fall announced now at Forus that up to 600 of the employees had to go. The announced downsizing was limited to around 200.
– We got more activity on our projects autumn. Luckily we never up on the notified century says Minsaas.
Bilfinger is not alone in being uncertain at this year’s development. Total 600 enterprises in Hordaland, Rogaland and Agder counties with a survey where increased uncertainty is reflected most in muted investments in 2015. More businesses will tighten than companies expect to increase investment. The survey was conducted by TNS Gallup in cooperation with Sparebank 1 SR Bank. In similar survey a year ago there were almost no clouds in the sky. Now, decline in oil prices challenges for some businesses.
