This year’s techno trends – Fædrelandsvennen

Social media, smartphones and tablets. There has been no lack of technological milestones that have changed our everyday in recent years, and nothing suggests that the development will be slower in the future. Quite the contrary.

In an era where the technological development challenges established business models and creating new user habits in record speed, it requires flair and knowledge to distinguish mayflies from emerging megatrends.

We have asked five wise heads help us just that.

What three techno trends will characterize 2015?

– The small screen is greatest with smart phones and tablets that controls increasingly from smart house to health. Internet of Things, such as refrigerators and cars using an IP address and network connection connects to networks, growing in strength, 3D printers emerging home and robots consume ever more areas of everyday life.

New stars on techno heaven?

– Alibaba becomes the new Amazon, Asian actors are brands such as Huawei with its Honor commitment, and Windows 10 saves Microsoft from Windows 8 debacle .

Social media – what’s up?

– Some are no longer a hype, but a natural part of ecosystem and the channels businesses use to communicate with their customers. Facebook remains the giant and take further positions, Twitter continues downturn and Google+ are closed. Privacy becomes a topic of discussion.

Norwegian players to watch out for in 2015?

– Elliptic Labs, and their ultrasound guidance of mobile may be the largest on smartphone since 2015.

Apple Watch – success or failure?
