North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said in his New Year speech that he will open for creating stronger ties with South Korea.
In the annual New Year’s speech broadcast on state television, said Kim Jong Un that he sees no reason why it should not entered talks with President of South Korea, Park Geunhye procedural other top meetings, Seoul wants stronger ties.
He also said that the country wants to strengthen the economy and military officials said.
Will strengthen research and technology
Meanwhile, he said that he wanted to do more research, technology and better economy for the living standards of the poor population to be better.

The two neighboring countries are technically still at war, since it was never signed any peace treaty when the Korean War was over in 1953. It shared Korea since then been regarded as one of the most tense areas.
