400,000 seniors between 55 and 79 years are not on the internet - Aftenposten

Overall, it can be as many as 600,000 Norwegians who never or rarely use the Internet.

Ingeborg Moræus Hanssen thinks it’s a public problem that so many people do not use the Web when the state expects everyone to do it. She points out that it is assumed that you have contact with everything from tax authorities and Nav to banks, doctors and other public services online.

– There is a public task to get these online. Can not wait for them to die, she said.
