New guidelines allow community Facebook now allows images of breastfed mothers.
Facebook has received much criticism for “moralistic” rules, including when it comes to publishing images with much skin. Earlier images of breastfed mothers been removed, but this should therefore be allowed to come. It will however still be forbidden to publish photos of female breasts in most other contexts.
In the new guidelines, it is laid down a ban on hate speech and supporting terrorist groups. It is also not allowed to mark that one has committed a crime.
However, it is allowed to express itself if one believes that an illegal act should be done legally. The new guidelines are of about 2,500 words, and thus constitutes a text which is almost three times as long as the previous version, the BBC writes.
