Dyson spitting into a little over 123 million to research forward better battery technology in mobiles.
Have someone finally cracked that nut?
But it is not vacuum and blower company responsible for the research itself; The money goes to Sakit3, a company that started in the University of Michigan.
Sakit3 its new lithium-ion batteries with solid-state technology that makes it possible to store twice as much energy than what typical lithium-ion batteries are capable of.

Worth a try
We have written hopeful articles about battery technology before, but since this project builds on good and old-fashioned battery technology, it is the law to hope that something happens this time.
But again: We are cautious, for we wrote in February 2013 about another university in the United States, then in California, who also believed in a battery-revolution within three years based on lithium-ion.
