Admincontrol stale Løvbukten (42) and Ivar Kroghrud ( 44) sells the entrepreneurial business Admincontrol acquisitions fund Hercules. Price is for the DN experience, about 200 million. The two own 56 percent and collects thus in excess of 110 million.
Hercules Admincontrol is a software company that facilitates secure sharing of documents and used particularly of listed companies and in control contexts.
is not the first time the duo makes success as entrepreneurs. In 2008 they sold Questback acquisitions fund Reiten & amp; Co. for around one quarter billion. QuestBack has been Europe’s leading feedback platform and provider of research and analysis.
