Some were disappointed in Nokia’s product launch during Mobile World Congress, when Nokia not released any new models. Their latest Lumia 928 will be sold only in the United States. It has therefore not been major reasons for excitement from Finland since they launched Lumia 920
Today, however, they showed off a new top model with Windows Phone 8 Nokia Lumia 925 has a focus on build quality. The new phone is actually equipped with a metal frame.
metal frame holding the phone together, and acts as an antenna. It is the same principle that we saw on the Apple iPhone 4 and 4S.
Aluminium
frame is made of aluminum. The back is a plastic plate, and come in different colors. AMOLED screen on the front measures 4.5 inches and has resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels. The screen has a so-called “Super Sensitive Touch”, which means you can use it with gloves on.

Compared with Lumia 920 Lumia 925 is thinning. The new phone is 8.5 millimeters thick, ie more than 2 millimeters thinner. It is less than 46 grams lighter than the Lumia 920
Wireless Charging Cover
phone supports wireless charging. But this is not built. Instead, you must attach an extra back cover of the phone to do this. Lumia 925 is thus more cumbersome if you want this option. On the other hand, the charge covers in different colors, and we assume that they offer a degree of protection.
camera is a so-called “Pure View” camera. Here is the resolution 8.7 megapixels, it’s optical image stabilization, and the ability to take video with stabilization. The camera is as far as we can understand the same standing in Lumia 920 We note, however, that Nokia claims that the Lumia 925 has the “world’s most advanced lens technology.”

front camera has 1.2 megapixel resolution and wide-angle lens.
Smart Camera
Lumia 925 has a new camera software called Smart Camera. This allows you to edit your images afterwards, so that you can take away details, add effects and change facial expressions of people.
To do this the phone a number of images, which are used to add or remove items. For example if you try to take a picture of a friend and a stranger comes walking into the shooting, this person can be edited with a few taps.
The interesting thing about Smart Camera is that you at anytime can go back to your image and edit it.
Smart Camera will otherwise be available to all Lumia phones with Windows Phone 8 via a software update called Nokia Lumia Amber later this year.
4G support
Beyond this, the Lumia 925 supports 4G. The battery has a capacity of 200 mAh. The shell sits a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 system chip with dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor. The internal memory is 16 GB, but it is not support for memory cards.
Lumia 925 will go on sale in some countries in June. The press release states they only just the fourth quarter of Norwegian launch. It will thus say sometime between 1 October and New Year’s Eve. Nokia thus do not appear to have any further rush to get it on the market while it is still fresh.
