- New thinking on education – Sunnmørsposten

Tennøe mean admission of new companies in the market has become easier, but it also challenges existing industry. It will in future not be enough with a master’s degree in education.

– Man must continue to fill in with new knowledge. We need to think radically new about how we educate ourselves, says Tennøe, originally from Brattvåg.

The seminar is organized by the project “Automated and robotized production with learning arena,” including Arne Tande in Brattvåg behind.

Tande has commissioned a new factory with state of the art robots. The plans have come a long way, and some 20 companies are currently further to produce parts, provide training for apprentices and employees. Haram is about to set free land for disposal.

Prevent flagging

It has for many years been flagging from Norway to low-cost countries. The project is about finding measures to reduce flagging out and to help back flagging production. The key is cooperation between businesses and education and skills development in terms of production technology. Thus, one can streamline production and improve competitiveness.
