Vard consists of five shipyards in Norway, two in Romania, two in Brazil and one in Vietnam.

It is approx. 10,000 employees in Vard, which is part of the Italian Fincantieri.

Bourbon, headquartered in France, has a fleet of 485 ships. The company has a strategy to expand the fleet of specialized vessels.
