We have received Microsoft’s particular PC.
Now the data interested in Norway even more hardware to choose from – Pro Microsoft Surface 2 and Surface 2 now comes out on sale from today. This is understandable enough inheritors of Surface Surface Pro and RT, respectively, is a thoroughbred laptop and a tablet with Windows.
The original Land Pro came to Norway in early summer, after having been available for several other countries in six months’ time. And now, as expected successor in stores already, after being released last month.
For those who have not quite followed through on what happened when Surface Pro has gone to Surface Pro 2 is the short version as follows: new screen, new processor, more memory, new keyboard types and a dock. It is also fanless. Apparently it is the new generation also better battery life, but this shall we test before we say much more about it.

We also mentions that the “old” Surface models will be sold alongside the new in a short transition period.

a small press event in Oslo this morning to a bunch of Microsoft employees show off the two new Surface models, as well as some of the new accessories.
Christian Almskog, director of Windows and Microsoft Surface Group in Norway, noted that it took well under one year from the first to the second generation Surface Pro computers were in the stores, and that this is the pace of development we can expect to come from a . “Very frequently” was the actual wording and we were also projected a surface model with integrated mobile broadband, not long after the New Year.
Microsoft is now in other words, quite aggressively with Surface. The goal is allegedly to win the heart forbukerne and bringing common sense to business people.
Docking and Covers
Alongside the two new board also Microsoft released two new keyboard covers: Cover Type 2 and Touch Cover 2 – enhanced and backlit versions of the two original covers. The prices for these are around a thousand tag, and is backward compatible with the original surface models.
The third new cover, Power Cover, has built-in battery that will increase the operating time of the Surface 2, Surface and Surface Pro Pro 2 with up to 50 percent. It is however not on the market before the July

dock also new, and is compatible with both old and new Surface Pro. Dock makes it far easier to let a Surface Pro / 2 to take over the job as “stationary” at home or at work. It has connectors for an external monitor, wired networking, speakers and microphone, and USB connectors and power supply.
Cheap is however not this dock. It has been a recommended retail price of 1700 Norwegian kroner when released early next year.
