Environment Company Årim be started with a pilot project whose aim is to take better care of all plastic waste, not just packaging. Sunnmøre should namely be easier to get rid of large plastic products in an environmentally sound manner.

– Previously this was handled as waste. Then it will be delivered to the combustion or added added on the dump. But we want the most for recycling, says Ukkelberg.

– But is this free?

People must pay

– This must be enough people pay just as they have to pay to deliver another type of waste for recycling drop, says Ukkelberg.

– But do you consider that people will support the scheme?

– People will surely become rid of their waste. The good thing now is that people are getting rid of waste in a more environmentally friendly way than before, says Ukkelberg
